Policies and Service Conditions

Rates are daily, per apartment, and include VAT, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with channels in ITA-ENG-FRA-TED-HOL, hairdryer, bathroom linen (per person: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bidet towel, plus one bath mat per apartment), bed and kitchen linen, and air conditioning. The apartments are offered in a self-catering formula, and linen change is weekly. Final cleaning is mandatory and must be paid on-site at the cost indicated at the time of booking. Upon departure, apartments must be left with the kitchen and its utensils clean and garbage collected and removed. If this is not done, the Management will charge €100.00 for extraordinary cleaning. A deposit of €100.00 will be required upon arrival. Private parking is available free of charge for travelers. Small dogs are welcome and have free access on a leash to all areas but the pool area. The supplement for their stay is €60.00 per animal per stay. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The heating usage period is regulated by the Municipality and is currently set from November 1st to April 14th. During this period, a mandatory daily supplement of €13.00 per apartment is charged. Outside these periods, heating cannot be turned on by law.
