Florence, the capital of the Italian Renaissance, is easily reachable by car in about an hour from Podere Vesta or by bus departing from Siena. Walking around Florence is a pleasure for its museums, splendid palaces, picturesque views, but also for shopping in the beautiful artisan shops and those of the great names of Italian fashion.

Pisa is reachable by car in about an hour and 45 minutes from Podere Vesta or by train departing from Siena. Pisa is famous for its leaning tower and Piazza dei Miracoli, a universal symbol of Romanic art. The city boasts a rich history reflected in its monuments, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Baptistery, an architectural jewel with extraordinary acoustics.
